Celebration at Rainbow Hill, located on the North Shore of Staten Island,  is an awesome community and a great place to live!  With sweeping views of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and three fresh water ponds, we are minutes from museums, parks, and beaches. Celebration is within walking distance of  the heart of  the St. George/Stapleton resurgence, which includes access to the waterfront, fine local restaurants like Beso, Bayou, and Vida, and the Empire Shopping Outlet. Celebration is also near major transportation, including express buses, the Staten Island Rail Road and the Staten Island Ferry.  We are a vibrant and proud family friendly neighborhood within "The City" and it couldn't be sweeter.

Celebration, a mix of town homes and town home-style co-ops, is the second largest private community on Staten Island. We have a state of the art Guardhouse access system bar none, however, we still have a small-town feel. The town home phase of the community began in the early 1990's by developer R. Randy Lee, president of the Leewood Real Estate Group of Bulls Head, with Ralph Zurlo, Michael Boccieri, and Eugene Boccieri.  Construction of 70 town home-style co-ops began in 1998. 

Our homes are built on 23-acres of woodlands with Eibs Pond Park on the southern border. We consider our private community the jewel of the North Shore.
